بررسی آلودگی به listeria monocytogenes و listeria ivanovii در پرندگان وحشی قفسی شهرکرد به روش pcr

چکیده
بیشتر پرندگان ممکن است گونه های لیستریا را در روده های خود بدون علامت و با شیوع متغیر حمل کنند و به انسان منتقل نمایند. جنس لیستریا دو گونه بیماری زا به نام های l. monocytogenes و l. ivanovii دارد. از این دو، l. monocytogenes به عنوان عامل سقط، انسفالیت، سپتی سمی در انسان و حیوانات شناخته شده است. l. ivanovii یک پاتوژن حیوانی است و گاهاً در انسان نیز ایجاد عفونت می کند. در این مطالعه به ارزیابی آلودگی به l. monocytogenes و l. ivanovii در پرندگان وحشی قفسی شهرکرد به روش واکنش زنجیره ای پلی مراز (pcr) پرداخته شد. تعداد 103 نمونه ی مدفوعی از پرندگان وحشی قفسی از نقاط مختلف شهرکرد به وسیله ی سواب استریل جمع آوری گردید. سواب ها مستقیماً درون محیط لیستریا اینریچمنت براث1 قرار داده شدند. پس از غنی سازی، نمونه ها بر روی محیط پالکام2 آگار کشت داده شدند. سپس نمونه ها با استفاده از روش pcr جهت بررسی وجود l. monocytogenes و l. ivanovii مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در هیچ کدام از نمونه ها l. monocytogenes و l. ivanovii یافت نشد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد پرندگان وحشی قفسی این منطقه احتمالاً نقشی در انتقال l. monocytogenes و l. ivanovii ندارند.
